Here are a few things to ensure that your cash back tracks properly:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your KeiKash account.
  2. Verify the store offers cash back before you shop.
  3. Ensure your AdBlock is disabled, as it interferes with tracking.
  4. When you click an offer or store, please transact in the opened window linked to that store.
  5. Please begin with an empty shopping cart. If it is not empty, kindly clear the cart and revisit the store via KeiKash again.
  6. Do not use any price comparison or discount widgets while shopping. For store-specific conditions, please view the 'Useful Tips' section on the merchant page.
KeiKash calculates the pending cash back tracked amounts on a best-effort basis and can change upon final confirmation from the store. This is because when a transaction is tracked, most stores do not provide us with all the information required to track cash back accurately. Without the exact purchase amount and other details from the store, we cannot know the precise cash back at this stage. During confirmation, the final cash back can be lower or higher, depending on the above factors. 
Yes, there are stores and offers on which no cash back is applicable. However, you can still use the coupon codes and deals on these stores to get a discount during the checkout.
It is labeled as pending because your purchase is still awaiting store confirmation and is subject to no return or cancellation.  Within 4-8 weeks, this amount will be updated and confirmed once the store approves the purchase.
Confirmed cash back is real money that will be paid to you via PayPal, bank transfer, or gift voucher.  
If the store cancels your cash back, it will be deducted from your pending balance, and the transaction status will be marked as canceled on the cash back page.  To dispute the cash back cancellation, contact us to submit a claim.  KeiKash will escalate your concern with the store and attempt to secure your cash back.  Once the store makes a decision, please understand that it is final.

Your earnings will remain with you. They will never lapse or expire.

Yes, these are introductory offers for a limited time, so make the most of them before the program is discontinued.

You will earn 10% cash back from your friend's earnings.  This will be on top of the one-time bonus.

No, you do not need to earn $25 cash back for every user.  However, every user who signs up using your referral code must earn a $25 cash back requirement within 90 days so that you can earn the referral bonus.

Yes, you must earn the $25 cash back within 90 days of joining us.

Once your friend joins using your referral code, the bonus entry will appear in your account as pending.  Once you meet the minimum $50 cash back requirement, your bonus transaction will be confirmed.

Yes, you need to earn a minimum of $25 cash back to be eligible to earn the $10 referral bonus.

We provide unique referral codes to all registered users.  You can ask your friends if they are registered and get a code to use when signing in.  It is optional.

No, there are no caps on the number of friends that you can refer, so you can potentially earn an unlimited amount of money for referring friends to KeiKash.

You can earn a bonus for each friend who signs up using your referral code and fulfills the requirements related to the referral. 

There are multiple ways to invite your friends via referral:

1. Share your referral code with friends and ask them to enter it during sign-up.

2. Invite via social media channels available on the KeiKash Refer & Earn page.

3. Invite via email options on the Refer & Earn page.

Earn income with our cash back links.  Create links from any of our partnered stores and share them with your friends and family.  When they purchase using your link, you will earn cash back in your account.

If your cash back was not tracked, check the following:

1. A minimum of 48-72 hours have passed since you purchased. 

2. You completed the purchase in the same session after clicking out of KeiKash.  

3. You did not use any other widget or comparison site after getting redirected from KeiKash. 

It can sometimes take up to 72 hours for a store to track a transaction.
Our system tracks every time you click out from our website to any of our partner retailers. If you do not see a retailer in the exit click dropdown, then you have not visited the retailer via our website. It is possible that you did not sign in when you visited a retailer, in which case, the visit will not show in your exit click list. Or, the cash back claim is NOT allowed by the merchant.

Cash back earned from KeiKash is your money.  The money in your account NEVER expires.  

To withdraw your balance, log in to your KeiKash account and visit the transfer section of your profile. Select the method of withdrawal, bank, etc. Select the account where you wish to transfer your available balance. Enter the amount and click submit. Bank transfers take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.  Note: Cash back earned from some stores cannot be withdrawn to a bank account and is listed separately as a reward. There are no costs or fees applicable to withdrawing your balance.  Minimum withdrawal limits apply.
